Sunday is the perfect day to kick your shoes off and have a break from our everyday responsibilities. Eat Ice Cream and french toast for breakfast, spend the day in your pj's, watch funny movies, read a book, listen to your favourite musician and sing along, dance, draw, paint, write a joyful story, do a jigsaw, play cards or board games, sunbath, give yourself a massage or better get someone to give you one, tease your partner, ring a friend you haven't talked to in ages, go to the park, swim in the ocean, walk in the bush, you get my drift?
